went down at 12:30 in the afternoon to see if i can get pre approved for an auto loan. Guy i was supposed to talk to was at a “meeting”. I gave the receptionist my name and phone number and she told me he would call once returned. Never called me until i took it upon myself to call back at 3:30 and turns out he took another customer as soon as he got back, she said he would call as soon as he was done with the customer. never got called back and they closed. now i’m waiting another weekend when this should’ve been done. very... read more
On Friday January 31st I went to the bank to deposit a check for the business I work for. I am a general manager for a hotel. Upon entering the bank I was told Someone would be right with me. Beverly was the teller who helped me or should I say tried to assist me. After giving her the check that was made out to the business I work for she looked at me and the check and immediately needed to call a manger. She called the manager who didn’t answer. Nicest staff!
Love the people that work at Shadyside. Don’t love the hours. There’s so reason a bank should close that early. Especially the drive thru closing at 4. Most people work 9-5s… make it make sense. Do I have to take a day off work just to be able to cash a check instead of waiting until I get off of work? Either close the place or fix the hours because it’s quite ridiculous. Start later so you don’t have to close as early if that’s the problem. Otherwise it’s pointless having a bank there.
