On Friday January 31st I went to the bank to deposit a check for the business I work for. I am a general manager for a hotel. Upon entering the bank I was told Someone would be right with me. Beverly was the teller who helped me or should I say tried to assist me. After giving her the check that was made out to the business I work for she looked at me and the check and immediately needed to call a manger. She called the manager who didn’t answer. Nicest staff!
Love the people that work at Shadyside. Don’t love the hours. There’s so reason a bank should close that early. Especially the drive thru closing at 4. Most people work 9-5s… make it make sense. Do I have to take a day off work just to be able to cash a check instead of waiting until I get off of work? Either close the place or fix the hours because it’s quite ridiculous. Start later so you don’t have to close as early if that’s the problem. Otherwise it’s pointless having a bank there.

The bank manager Pam help me get certified with the state of Ohio for a business account. My wife Mary and I am so thankful for her help.
