First time ever I see manager tell the customer I do suggest go to Huntington or other bank she’s not even Work in herself for a little bit to keep the customer at the bank and she was very rude
This bank keeps falling short on details that matter. DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT at this location! We deposited 5k in cadsh today and they wrote in their system that it was a check and we have payroll that comes out strategically. Due to that issue our account went negative. Nate is a great banker but the rest are lazy and do not pay attention ! Juanita , your a good women im sure but theres been issues many many times with her! stay away from this location! take your cash flow else where! we are livid
I have a mortgage with this bank for about ten years. They have always treated me great. Both the Centerville branches have valued my business. The associate that I've interacted with are always pleasant and ready to assist.
I regret to say that my experience with WesBanco has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. When my spouse and I chose WesBanco as our mortgage company in 2020, we were drawn to the idea of working with a smaller, local bank, hoping for a more personalized experience. However, the reality was quite the opposite. The loan approval process was needlessly complex, with WesBanco constantly changing the rules and requirements, even excluding one of our salaries after initially agreeing to consider it.
