I wouldn't even give this bank one star. They aren't open when NORMAL working people are on their way to or from work. The bank looks like it's closed, drive thru windows boarded up and they could care less about their customers. I had to contact them 4 times just to get a manager to return my call. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible to deal with. It's all about the money for them, not doing the RIGHT thing.
Thank you to the Wesbanco team, specifically Donna, for the best customer service experience. I needed assistance with accessing my online account & a credit reporting issue and her team went above and beyond to help me. They were able to get me immediate access & resolve my credit issue within a day. Thank you!
