Went to get change today for work, mind you, I AM a customer and Caroline, I believe her name was,treated me terrible! Informed me it is wesbancos policy not to give me change since my employer did not have an account with them..uhh in 6 months shes the only one who ever had an issue, considering I do have an account and I went to get the change. Why would she question why I needed change? Not really her business. Apparently shes just not customer friendly! Very upsetting.
