recently went there a couple times driving a friend and each time i've stayed in the car while she goes in. today i take her up to this bank and they tell her theyre closing her bank account for supposedly leaving trash in their parking lot, even though the only "trash" in the car is a mcdonalds cup. terrible service in general, a lot of my friends money has also been withheld and a lot of her checks haven't properly been paid to her. horrible bank overall!
Honestly wesbanco is not my favorite bank, I have had some issues with them and their policies will cause some inconvenience and frustration. However the gals at the harrison ohio location are the only reason I have kept my account open and have not switched banks, they are a great depiction of customer service.
I started a new Health Insurance Business in Harrison and called WesBanco to help set up my business account for HealthMarkets. Sue at the front desk was very helpful and quickly got me scheduled for the same day that I called. Amber did a great job and helped set up my account. In the process she answered all of my questions and went over all the details! I look forward to banking here for a very long time, Thank you!
