Bethany is courteous and helpfull. She is an asset to Wesbanco. All customer service reps should be so nice.
Terrible to deal with. Always 2+ people in branch, only able to be helped by the short fuse at the front desk. Always huffing and puffing, snatching, talking about everyone is never there. Acts like it's a burden to do basic banking such as making change. If you aren't happy, find a different career. Even a different position within the company. I dread going to the bank now. If I had the say so with our company, I'd have changed our bank long ago. I'd rather use a kroger self scan kiosk than this person.
I am incredibly pleased with Your Community Bank. We have moved over out business and personal accounts and the experience was seamless. Wonderful staff and great support for growing businesses.
