Several times, my account went into the negative due to unforeseen circumstances, situations and financial stress due to my diagnosis. WesBanco (especially this branch) has been extremely unhelpful and hit me with continual fees and when I do receive financial assistance via a check refuse to give me and money on hand until the whole check clears the next day. Customer service was very helpful in answering questions I had about the apps related to the laptop, mobile, and Zelle. Brandi worked with me until everything was resolved. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable.
