1st time at this facility made withdrawal. And things went great. I felt welcome as I walked in. Adam was great, even helped me fill out my withdrawal slip. Just needed ID.
This bank has some lazy ass people but all but one teller is helpful I was in there on Saturday needed help with online banking app she told me she would get info and call me never has was just in there asked about it she said she never got info and blew me off I guess I just need to take business to another bank if she can't do her job so basically I'm saying this bank sucks
Truly unbelievable! The bank will not allow me access to my own money (even to look at it online) until I go in person to one of their branches to verify that I am who I say I am. This after giving me the 3rd degree over the phone. Wait for this, I have more than sufficient funds in my account, and they refuse payments to multiple vendors. Now I have to open account at another bank because the vendor will not accept payment from this bank. ARGH. This is a nightmare that will not end.
