I’ve been using WesBanco for 11 years, it was my first ever bank account and I tell everyone, DO NOT bank here. This is the most annoying bank to deal with in the world. Their app is pathetic compared to apps of the modern world. Direct deposits come in slow and LATE. And, every time I visit an in-person location, they pester me about their credit card relentlessly no matter how many times I say I don’t want it. Highly recommend banking here Staff at the Wheelersburg branch is top notch I would never consider another bank
Hands down literally the SLOWEST tellers. I have literally sat at their drive through window for over 20 minutes on some occasions just processing a couple deposits. This location is awful and their speed is excruciating. I'm not sure what takes them 700 years to do their job - but it literally doesn't take 18 minutes to count around 2k in cash. One of the tellers is super snobby and rude and generally very unpleasant. Drive the extra few miles to go to a different location for real.
