Wonderful to bank wth always courteous!
I took out a loan at this bank. The website is useless for loans and so is the bank by phone option. There is no info available on payments due or past payments without physically going to the bank and requesting records, or looking at your statement, which still doesn't show the last payment made. I made a large principal payment that was credited to future payments rather than principal. I did get it fixed. Providing customers with info on their loans would be useful and ethical. Seems shady to me that past payment info is... read more
