Why is that all the banks in Athens an hour away from us have atm deposit available but both banks within 3-5 miles of us don't? Also you're the only bank that says I have to be on my husbands account to deposit my paycheck into his account. I was right there with him with my check and my id. You're one of the only banks that has an issue with it. All they said was I need to be added to the account and we tried and they told me no.
You need to wash your sign on the front of Kroger.
I am not even going to rate this bank as good or helpful. Ever since they have taken over First Federal, I have had nothing but problems. First they could not assist in getting access to my accounts. Second they turned off my debit card mid transfer/conversion even though it was to keep working. I have to call every 2 or 3 days to change my password because their system won't keep the passwords that I choose. They have no customer service for after hours....God forbid you have an emergency. Just wanna send out a huge THANK YOU to all the girls @ this branch {Chippewa}!!! They've ALWAYS been there for me with their friendly, knowledgeable, & kind help. AND, all those @ the home office in Ellwood City, too. I (& my late husband) have been customers of ESB for the better part of the last 35 yrs. I wish them all the best in the upcoming merger with WesBanco in the hopes of a smooth transition & continued success in the years ahead.
