If you're lucky enough to get Valerie to help you, you'll get quality customer service; otherwise, the Tellers know little and I just wasted 20 minutes sitting and listening to conversations about men issues while waiting for help. Like my time means nothing..and I was the ONLY customer in there!
Great bank that focuses on their customers.
Wesbanco is not a good bank for people who struggle financially. We have been struggling lately and some bills came out automatically which put us in the negative. They charged us for each transaction that went negative and took $350 in overdraft fees. We now don’t have enough money for our bills or food. When we called they said that they wouldn’t be refunding us any of the fees. We don’t know what to do know since we can’t pay our house bill, electric, water and gas.
