The customer service here is excellent! The tellers are always happy to help and are super friendly as well. Couldn’t be more pleased with how our appointment went. Thank you!
We were ready to dump WesBanco after having an issue that the Court Ave. branch couldnt get resolved for almost 5 months, many wasted calls and trips to the bank waiting on call backs from them that never came. A former teller from there told my sister about Missi Longest said that she gets things done, just 1 phone call to her and she resolved our issue that day. If only more people could be like her. Thank you Missi for getting our problem resolved so fast. We appreciate you.
