Katie did an awesome job working with me and actually listening and doing what needs to be done instead of making it harder on me. The WesBanco workers on Johnson Ave. do not care about you and don’t even know how to do their job right and made a numerous amount of mistakes over the years since I’ve been with them. Thanks again for fixing a problem the other branch made! They need more people like you who care about their customers.
