I went in to get a new debit card. I was asked for my ID and the old card My drivers license was not returned to me. I very upset
I liked this bank at one time, now they close everything ar 4pm and 5pm on Friday. Then closed on Saturday and Sunday. How are you supposed to cash checks after work of they are always closed.
Customer service is terrible and whe I call in the person s I speak to don’t here what I am asking and ask me same question again. I have had a terrible time getting into banking app. doesn’t seem efficient and fails many time before I can see my account. Not sure what is going on but I may have to change bank soon. So sad…
