This is bank has went so far down hill since been purchased by community shares. the main branch customer service is horrible. Service is just terrible.
I LOVE my bank. Every time I've had a problem or question, they have helped me as fast as they can. They always have either bank hours or a way to get info, and we have 3 locations just here in Scottsburg, and you can go in, they're not just ATM's only. There is a teller during working hours, and can use ATM or 24 hour phone line.
Great personal service, friendly staff, and they'll go out of their way to accommodate their customers, and potential customers
