Poorest experience every. single. time. The ONLY reason I utilize this location is because of its proximity to my workplace. That said, with how long it takes to actually even be acknowledged at the drive-thru, it may be quicker for me to drive further to a different location. The associates aren't particularly UNfriendly, but they're certainly never apologetic for the long wait.
I've been banking at this Perry Hwy location for 10 years. Conveniently located w plenty of parking. I have always had a positive experience! Their employees are friendly and helpful, and have a genuine interest in serving their customers. I would definitely recommend this bank and location.
