I had an issue on Saturday, and the branch closest To me (Carnegie) wasn't able to help and suggested I go to Bellevue. I called and spoke with Laura(branch manager) and headed over there. Laura was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and its employees working there like her which is why I will stay with WesBanco! Went above and beyond to assist and help, and cannot thank her enough!
I am returning to WesBanco because of their excellent service and great employees, especially their Office Manager, Ms. Nguyen. I made the mistake of leaving and going with PNC.
I love the Bellevue WesBanco! I have been a customer for many many years. I love the small-town feel and the fact that everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
