Some of the bank tellers could be a little more friendly, We usually use West Banco on Troyhill,it was our first time using the Bellvue branch,the female teller we had was very unfriendly and to be frank a little rude,We approached the desk and she said "wait until I call you can't you read",we did not notice the sign,She could have said it a little more professional, It's was an honest mistake on our behalf,I felt unwelcome at this branch,I will not be using this branch again,first and last time for me.
I love this bank! I just opened my daughter her first junior bank account and I'm proud to say we are now generational Wesbanco customers. I enjoy my interactions with staff and every experience is a pleasant one. Great bank!
I had an issue on Saturday, and the branch closest To me (Carnegie) wasn't able to help and suggested I go to Bellevue. I called and spoke with Laura(branch manager) and headed over there. Laura was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and its employees working there like her which is why I will stay with WesBanco! Went above and beyond to assist and help, and cannot thank her enough!
I am returning to WesBanco because of their excellent service and great employees, especially their Office Manager, Ms. Nguyen. I made the mistake of leaving and going with PNC.
