one of the best branch/banks I have worked with, ALWASY friendly and enjoy interacting with the people inside. They sent me a birthday card, first bank to do that. Normally behind in technology compared to others but they are improving.
Mortgage - DId my mortgage through them, fine and great AT THE BEGINNING, the branch manager (Richard Dennis) put on a smile (still have his FAKE smile voicemails saved) until I caused a little issue asking questions then they sold my loan, he quit taking my calls and quit calling me back. Horrible customer service, then who they sold the loan to is an absolute joke. Never reported any payments to the credit agencies either.
