Really friendly staff good to work with
By far best bank I have ever dealt with. I have been with them for 5 years now. The customer service at the Tates Creek location is great! The ladies are always happy to help and have great personalities.
Sat in the waiting area for 15 mins and no one even acknowledging we where there. Once asked why we are there and we told them what for they made us wait again. After 30 mins we left. Lost a new business banking customer. Wow worst service they had lost a a document they were all running around trying to find that.
