How's a working man supposed to bank when wesbanco is open 9 to 4. Love the staff in Barlow but fix your hours. Update* now your closed on Saturdays. Just close the location. As soon as I can get a weekday when I'm not working normal hours I'll be closing all my accounts and taking my money elsewhere. What a joke.
I am one of their customers and have been for years. I had a document and needed it faxed so I could get my driver's license. They told me they did not have a fax machine nor did they have a copier... I find that hard to believe even if they are in Barlow , Ohio a very small branch that is located in the country. How's a working man supposed to bank when wesbanco is open 9 to 4. Love the staff in Barlow but fix your hours. What I'd give to have that little hours and still get paid.
Lousy bank hours. ATM machine is finicky to say the least. Most of the staff are helpful. Lobby closed due to covid-19. Has been closed for months, so hard to deal with problems.
