I have zero complaints about the service they even call me and are helping build credit. The guy that helps me is very knowledgeable and helpful his name is Zachary.
They never pick up their phone and I am not exaggerating when I say never. They also don't call people back.
I think that WesBanco is a great bank. Any time I am in need of a service, they are always there to help. With a smile. I am very thankful for their help.
My complaint is that the Vienna drive thru hours changed from 6:00pm to 4:00pm. Every time I would go through the drive thru after 4 pm (which is often because of my wife’s business) it was full of cars needing help. Now, we don’t know what to do because we both work normal hours and can’t get there before it closes. Thinking of changing banks to one that is accessible.
