I think that WesBanco is a great bank. Any time I am in need of a service, they are always there to help. With a smile. I am very thankful for their help.
My complaint is that the Vienna drive thru hours changed from 6:00pm to 4:00pm. Every time I would go through the drive thru after 4 pm (which is often because of my wife’s business) it was full of cars needing help. Now, we don’t know what to do because we both work normal hours and can’t get there before it closes. Thinking of changing banks to one that is accessible.
When I come here I usually have good service and no complaints. However I really needed to transfer money today. I showed up even before 5pm and drive though and inside were both closed. I don't understand how a bank closes at 4pm when most people don't even get off work till 5pm.
Edit: they finally replaced the ATM machine, but it's always out of order... Bank Tellers are slow as can be, You have no choice but to go inside, if you don't have a car, because the ATM machine has been broke for many months and still has not been replaced.
