Customer service at the South Point WesBanco is excellent. Every time I enter the branch the tellers know my name. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere. Customers like me who read the banks letters before Oak Hill became WesBanco knew what to expect and knew what steps they needed to make in order the avoid any online problems. I have been a customer for 6 years and enjoy being with WesBanco. I have banked at the "Big" banks in the past and you do not get the same service. First of all Oak Hill Banks wasnt any good and now they are Wesbanco! For the record, they are slow, non accurate about everything from online bill paying to making a deposit that takes over an hour! They wont allow an internet transaction if everything doesnt match and they never took the time to inform their customer that there has been a problem to even solve. They leave you hanging in everyway possible. I would suggest not even attempting Wesbanco at all. We are pulling 3 accounts over the very items Ive listed! This is ... read more
