Giving this branch 2 stars just because they used to be more courteous. Not nowadays, unless it’s just the teller who is serving as a representative barricade to speaking with the bank manager. I called about an NSF fee that occurred the day after I checked my bank app and had plenty of money to approve an account transfer. The day the NSF fee resulted, it showed that roughly only $60 worth of charges were pending.
