They cashed a check addressed to myself AND husband. The said check was only endorsed by him and it was cashed with no second thought. If you’re browsing banks and choose this one, plan on spending AT LEAST 30-45 minutes in the drive thru regardless of how many or how little cars are in it. 0/10
Wesbanco is a bad bank.... I deposited money orders I purchased with cash in order to avoid having lots of cash with me because I was traveling and they closed my account.
They should have someone that you could speak to 24/7 like they used to with the online banking, but they don't any longer. So when you can't get into your account you have to wait till they open. It's very inconvenient. You can't even change your personal identification number through the automated.
People are great. But my account has been hacked over 4 times in 1 year!! Wesbanco is not a good place to have your money
