This is the worst banking experience I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They regularly withhold my checks, my most recent check they withheld 58% of my funds. Any attempt to reach customer service is immediately met with extended holding periods, and when I tried to figure out what was going on with them keeping my money lately they told me "That's just how its done". So frustrated with Wesbanco! I've been on hold for ALMOST AN HOUR! Can't even get a live person to help me with my account issue. Automated voice is stuck on repeat!
They cashed a check addressed to myself AND husband. The said check was only endorsed by him and it was cashed with no second thought. Also. There's a chemical in the world called xenon-124, it has a really slow half-life of about 1.8x10.22 years… that's 10 septillion years. The second slowest thing in the universe is this specific branch of WesBanco.
