Was in the drive threw to get change and ask about information of opening an account there. The lady with Black hair was on the phone, which seem to be a personal call. She looked at me and waved, no one came to the window after 10 minutes the lady was still on the phone laughing and that's when I drive off. I would never recommend this bank to any one..Customer Service is awful. I tried to call 3 times no one answered. If the lady is a manger she needs to be train on how you treat customers.
Wish they would remodel this location like the one in Beavercreek on N. Fairfield rd. That location is beautiful and very mid century modern. The YS branch is so old and wouldn’t look like such an eye sore with a remodel.
This group of people who work here or truly amazing individuals who are super kind, super respectful, all-around, a great bunch of people!!!!
So a teller randomly decided to post date my deposit of my entire paycheck, falsified the date i deposited it (I deposited on a Saturday morning, deposit slip is dated for Monday) and didn’t say a word about it to me, so now my entire paycheck is being held hostage over the weekend! After hours “help” is worthless, they know and do absolutely nothing to help.
