Terrible customer service
They're a great bank and have the best customer service ever!!!!!
I am a former Employee of WesBanco (over a decade ago at this point). I chose to stick with this bank after my employment ended because this Branch along with all the other branches I've ever visited make you feel like you are appreciated and not a number. I wouldn't recommend any other Regional Bank in Ohio or surrounding areas for you and your Family to have banks accounts in conjuction with any other Banks you wish to hold. WesBanco is a great resource for consumers.
