The people at this branch are either poorly trained or incompetent. Go to a different branch or avoid WesBanco in general.
Stopped into branch to explore opening checking & savings accounts. Fantastic and friendly customer service, I can't speak highly enough of how well my daughter and I were treated. Extra shout-out to Sr. Personal Banker Lara and staff who walked me through several of their products. Really looking forward to growing relationship with WesBanco.
Went in to open account waited on by Carrie who was the rudest employee/managers I have ever dealt with. I left and went elsewhere where the were professional and polite.
