I regret to say that my experience with WesBanco has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. When my spouse and I chose WesBanco as our mortgage company in 2020, we were drawn to the idea of working with a smaller, local bank, hoping for a more personalized experience. However, the reality was quite the opposite. I love the people at Wesbanco I’ve never had a bad experience. The best people work there friendly knowledgeable. But I am moving out of Centerville down into West Carrollton and I’m afraid I’m going to have to change banks and I’m not happy about that. thank you
