The teller and the "office manager" Robin S. were the absolute rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. I've never experienced a problem being a customer here until today. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. These people need a serious lesson in professionalism and how to speak to customers. The face they are even allowed to deal with the general public is a discrase to us all. I'll be moving my accounts immediately. If I could give negative stars I would.
I opened my first account with this branch back in 2014, they are still my first choice in banking. I enjoy Wes Banco as a whole but this branch in particular has the nicest workers. I even got a card in the mail from them to congratulate me when I had my second kid a few months back. Its homey and you really feel like your taken care of here.
