Ashley at the Enon Ohio location is very rude and unprofessional it's a shame customer service isn't like the good old days. I called in reference to a matter with Zelle and she literally was hostile and rude. She hung up on me rather than handle it in a civilized manner. The teller and the "office manager" Robin S. were the absolute rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. I've never experienced a problem being a customer here until today. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. These people need a serious lesson in professionalism and how to speak to customers. The fact they are even allowed to deal with the general public is a discrase to us all. I'll be moving my accounts immediately. If I could give negative stars I would.
