All staff have been pleasant and accommodating since the St Bernard branch closed!!
Just horrible I have been standing for 20 minutes and not one person is trying to help me. Maybe cause we're black. Didn't get treated like this when it was located in St. Bernard. It's just never ok to walk into an establishment and not be greeted or be addressed, it took them 30 minutes to speaks to us. This is totally not acceptable.
