The service dept is more or less non existent. Have called over the course of a few months to get ppl out and it doesnt happen. Theyll take our info say someone will call me etc but absolutely nothing.
Installer did an excellent job running the fiber on the house and removing the old one. Good throughput with a separate wireless modem so the wifi throughput isn't degraded. Very happy with the install and product!
