This place absolutely stinks of urine! Leave the elderly smelling of it also, not being taken to the toilet enough DO NOT send your family here
Staff work hard with the residents all having their own issues my mum however was in respite care from hospital with no dementia etc she was well aware that nearly an hour was too long to wait to be helped to the toilet and not giving medicines that they said they had was not acceptable to somebody with diabetes and other health conditions.
