German/skandinavian imports This is the only local store I know of that offers a good variety of german and skandinavian food. This little mom & pop shop makes shopping there a fun thing and it's very personal. Everything from seasonal articles to everyday foods. It also includes a butcher shop with the best meat available and homemade sausages you won't find anywhere else!!!!
Unique specialty store! I love this place due to the Mom and Pop atmoshpere and that they haven't been chased out by the larger grocery stores. If you are looking for German/Scandinavian food, they have it. It is a small store, but they have a nice selection. If you visit on a Saturday, you can't miss it because they are grilling a variety of delicious brats/sausages that they sell. YUM! Can't miss this one!
German Food This is the best place for European imported food and for sausage that is homemade. We have been to Germany several times and when we miss some of the German food, we can go to Werner's and get our fill. Great at Christmas time too.
Thank you(Danke Schoen) for Werner's At Werner's it is like going to a Mom and Pop Store in Germany, everyone there is very helpful. I am glad that I found this Store. And they do make some mean Fleischsalad, which they made special for me on Order by Phone. The german Breads there are wonderful, and I find what I need, and a good Deal too.
