Difficult to get through on the phone. Did all necessary repairs/ recalls, above and beyond. Only downside: No one called me when truck was ready! I had to chase info. I had talked to them earlier in the day and was given NO timeframe.
I worked at Werner driving trucks for a bit. I had a daily route to Iowa City and back or North Platte and back. The Maintenance team most always had the trucks ready to go with very little issues. I never ran into any problems with them. My only couldn't/wouldn't was nights and weekends. I couldn't work weekends and I don't like driving at night. So a new dispatcher came in and put me on nights and weekends. I explained it to him but he didn't care, so neither did I. That was my last day/night.
