Receptionist was rude. I came to pick up papers to send over to another office and the receptionist gives me attitude the second i walked in the door. Goes, "yeah come in" looking at me in a condescending way. I said "im here to pick up papers" to which she cuts me off and asks, "okay but who is it for?" I said who i was and what the papers were but she didnt she clearly wasnt listening because she had to ask yet again " yes but WHO IS IT FOR " So I responded back THEY ARE FOR (name)!" We have been with WRDR for 15 years now and everything has always been perfect. Never an edit or inquiries from the IRS. We have a fairly complex return due to stock and bond transactions and never a single error. They are an excellent company.
WRDR has been my business CPA since 2009. I have worked with several of the accountants and support staff. They handle taxes for multiple businesses of mine and my personal return as well. They provide consistent quality and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
WRDR is unresponsive and unprofessional. This was the worst experience I’ve had with an accounting firm in the past 20 years. Mary Lancaster was both rude and unprofessional. I advise anyone looking for a good accounting firm to stay away from WRDR!!
