Carers are very considerate, caring, respectful and professional. When we have had to change visit times to facilitate medical appointments etc, Wepre Care have been very accommodating and have made the process simple.
Wow! We have nothing but positive reviews. The standard of care is second to none. We recently lost dad and couldn’t be here until the next day. Friends and family said the carers were unbelievably good, cups of teas/coffee sandwiches etc. Nothing is too much trouble. They are now friends we trust. Kate, the manageress, awesome!!! I can only say, if you need care for a loved one, look no further. Beautiful caring people.
Wepre Villa Homecare are wonderful, Kate the care manager and the Carers' are amazing. The support and assistance we've received has been exceptional. We certainly value their support and their ability to adapt quickly to ever changing requirements has been very reassuring.
