My husband was just here asking for help and the manager specifically was very unprofessional. We need proof of deposits, if you can't pull them even though you can see them and won't help us access our information so we can apply for a rental, what are you even doing working there? Please make sure the people there actually want to do their jobs, because she doesn't. We should be able to get our information from the bank that holds it without hassle. Shame on this location.
Every time that I've needed to g in this Memorial road facility, I've been treated respectavily,professional,and they are so nice. I came close to leaving for anothrr bank, but these lafies are so nice to me that I would have missed them. Your staff at this credit union , all if them are a guge asset. Keep up the great work, not to many places offer this type of facility and client relationship.
