Every time that I've needed to g in this Memorial road facility, I've been treated respectavily,professional,and they are so nice. I came close to leaving for anothrr bank, but these lafies are so nice to me that I would have missed them. Your staff at this credit union , all if them are a guge asset. Keep up the great work, not to many places offer this type of facility and client relationship.
All the employees are super friendly along with being professional. Service is always fast & easy. I absolutely love this location & all of its employees.
Some rude people man, I was calling for a few questions about my account I was confused about, after being transferred to the supervisor she came off very rude, I’m sorry you had to do your job ma’am: I enjoy banking here but sometimes the people can be the worst part about a business! :/ hope everything at home is okay for the lady, I won’t mention her name but worst experience at a bank yet!
I’ve been with Weokie since 2017 and I must say it is probably one of the most annoying banking. There is always something wrong with the WEOKIE app. If it’s not the WEOKIE app it’s their ATM machine being down or out of service. It just feels like it’s too frequently that there is something down or not currently up and running with them.
