EDIT: I spoke to this AJ person, who personally told me that they are not going to help me, and will not open a new account for me. She also did personally verify that what the branch person told me IS discrimination- that he wouldn’t open a new account for me because I am sisabled and had a meltdown as I was leaving the office.
