In my 20+ years of service in the United States Air Force, where I banked everywhere in America, I have never experienced the level of poor customer service as WEOKIE Credit Union. Unfortunately, my mother (who passed) banked with WEOKIE and I had to deal with them as the Personal Representative of her Estate. Some example of WEOKIEs poor service include, preventing closing of her credit card (closed 9 others); requiring additional unofficial paperwork; and delayed payment of Pay on Death (POD) accounts.
