Horrible service, you can't event sit down with her anymore and never given any explanations on anything regarding our taxes. We are so disappointed in her services. It's gone downhill since covid. We used her since 2016 and her staff is very rude and unprofessional. They also change up hrs and increase costs without letting the clients know. Never returning there again. Not reliable people. I needed a tax accountant this year, I was referred to Wenz. I'm so happy I called them. Erin was absolutely the best from my first phone call. I had no problems finding their office in Allentown and very easy access to drop off tax papers. I dropped off my taxes on Wednesday and they're already done, it's Friday. If you want to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. CALL THEM!!! GO HERE!!!
