Since families have not been able to visit this year there is noone to check on the care the residents are receiving. my father has also been slapped across the face by a staff member we have notified the police the amount of neglect that is going on right now is disgusting!!!! NO ONE deserves to be mistreated

My mother in law passed over 1.5 years ago. They rec’d all of her funds directly from the state and took care of her fees. We had no financial responsibility to them as per our agreement upon admission. Now we are getting bills in excess of $12,500. After several attempts to contact them we are either told to “throw them away it was a mistake” only to get them again the following month or that someone will call us later but they never do. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THIS! Go anywhere else.

they brush main concerns related to residents under the rug! always short staffed. if you are not in the click they work you to death until they find someone to replace you, and use a lame excuse to terminate you when you speak out on the things they cover up. they allow the residents to say things about you that are not true and the employee's have to do things out of their job description in order for the work to get done

Can't keep workers because they treat staff like crap, and then there's not enough staff to take care of the residents

No comment, but I will say that the Administrator needs to be replaced. Then they may have a chance, but I doubt it.

This place is a nice facility with an OK nursing staff. It needs some major upkeep and better social workers. They are discharging my mom today unsafely, with nowhere to go. She's just another pay check to them. They have disregarded all concerns from her family ultimately alienating her from those who want to help and now she will be forced to find care on her own. I wish I would not have chosen this facility for her.
