I had a bit of a special request when I went to Wentings. I was looking for an adult tricycle due to my disability. I wanted to give my business to Bruce at Wentings because his business has been great in the past. Unfortunately for me when I inquired at the desk the fellow said that they only bring in one per year. There was no option for sizing and ordering one in but if I waited, maybe next year they'll have one more. Refused to work on my e bike cause it goes faster than 32kph and has 1000 watt motor. The work requested was to do with a flat tire…

I had a great experience with the excellent customer service from LOGAN helping with a customs document which helped expedite. Saved me a lot of trouble.
Terrible customer service. I went in with my sons bike to get something tightened because im not strong enough...they told me it would take a week and $85....the time you took to tell me this it could have been done. Will never go again.
