Cancelled my birthday massage as my mother who lives out of state showed up at my door to surprise me. Did not reschedule as my schedule working midnights just hasn't allowed me to. Charged the full price but no services render. They texted me asking to cancel my claim because the bank was going to charge them?? Told me I could get a refund on the website which you can't. Went on to tell the bank that I did get the services, which was a lie. Avoid this business.
