Extremely unimpressed, representing myself now and doing far better. Incompetent lawyers, in my opinion. Your response is laughable. You achieved nothing, were disorganised and were pushing me for $150k settlement which I'd been offered 2 years before. No clue what recollections you have, but they dont match mine. Lots of big talk and little action, telling me to send and resend info that you never collated, charging each time. Tania and Shaun were both brilliant, everything was sorted with a minimum of fuss and without any crazy fees like i was quoted elsewhere. As happy as can be with the service for my family law matter, wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys in the future. Hopefully i don't need you guys again any time soon but you'll be my first call if it comes to that :)
