Wendy is very professional, patient, and nice to dealing with. she handled our few complicate transactions very well. for example we have one overseas seller with time different like day and night and she got all paperwork done weeks ahead to make sure no completion delay or error. Also we recently have one sale and one purchase together, the sale and purchase completion dates were very close, and Wendy handled these tasks very smoothly, without any hassle. I highly recommend Wendy for real estate services.
Wendy is very unprofessional, stupid, rude. Asked her few questions over the phone and she got irate, and told me not to bother her and find another notary. She sounds like she doesn’t like her job. Avoid her at all costs.
