I met Wendy 3 years ago at a retreat, my therapist and her coordinate. My heart feels warmed with her presence, she is very sweet and kind. I attended a second retreat with them and look forward to another one in the future. There’s many new things I experience with Wendy like her restorative yoga at the last retreat. I had to book one in her location of business. Hope this helps for anyone who needs to try new things or looking for good energy!

I recently had the privilege of joining Wendy Swanson and Kathleen McIntyre on a retreat in Highlands, NC. It was a restorative yoga and nature healing program. It's hard for me to put in to words what this experience meant to me. If I could, it wouldn't do it justice. I'll just say that these women have found their calling and we were all so lucky to be able to benefit from that. Wendy is the best acupuncturist. I feel seen and heard. I have also done yoga with Wendy. While yoga isn’t my jam, Wendy is a great teacher. She has a good flow - not too fast and not too slow. Good ratio of talking to silence.

I spent 4 days with Wendy on a retreat @ The Mountains Retreat & Learning Center & to say it was transformative is an understatement. She’s beyond the most genuine person I know. Her yoga teachings are phenomenal. I feed off her positive energy & vibes radiating from her heart 💜 I can’t wait for the next adventure

I had a great acupuncturist in Knoxville and when I moved to Charlotte, I asked her to research and recommend someone in Charlotte. Within 30 minutes she found Wendy Swanson as they both graduated from the same college in NY, which meant I would have the same type of Chinese medicine based care that I am very responsive to.
