I went to Wendy Merron after I moved into a high-rise building and couldn't avoid my fear of heights anymore. I wanted to enjoy the balcony and view, but whenever I went out there, my knees shook, and more. I told myself it was a physical reaction and that I'd never be able to conquer it, because it wasn't in my head.
