I will NEVER purchase anything from Art van again! I ordered a breakfast nook In DECEMBER and was told it would be delivered between 4 to 6 weeks. I called 6 weeks later to see where it was and they said it would be longer and they would let me know in a few days. I HAD TO CALL BACK 2 DAYS LATER. They told me March 16th. I CALLED ON MARCH 16TH AND THEY TOLD ME IT wouldn't be till mid April now...I Had to call them every time. I requested a refund and still haven't received thatworst experience I have ever had with an order

Horrible experience. Ripped couch and delivery people scratched up my dresser. Fixed it with white out basically and I called to say that's not acceptable and nothing no call from management no sorry. Super waste of money!

Been waiting over a week for a delivery of a chair, Went to pick up after I was told in stock but it wasn't there, drove over an hour to get there, demanded free delivery they said sure delivery would be the end of the week, showed up with the wrong chair, then told it would deliver the following week, nope they forgot to put on the truck, now we are back to the end of the week. I've been waiting on my bedroom set for a month. I get a call the other day it's in and they want to deliver it. After talking to the lady on the phone I discover it's been ordered in the wrong color!!! I am beyond livid. The set I want is still on back order. I ask to talk with a manager and no one would let me talk to the store manager. Then finally I ask if I can have another set since I can't get the one I want.
