Posting a bit late but, here we go. I had a very pleasant experience with Wendell's Furniture. Alex was respectful and didn't hover, but was always available to answer questions. After purchase, the delivery team, (shout out to Sean and Nate!) did an amazing job placing the furniture to my satisfaction. Even with the discovery of a defective part, the guys were amazing, taking back the item and getting the replacement process started. I really appreciated how they interacted with my dog. Excellent service from Philip and quick, reliable delivery from Connor and Doug. My parents were very pleased with their purchase.
Alex was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient while we made our furniture decisions. Delivery was timely, and Sean and Nate were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A positive experience overall!
Connor & Doug were just here with a delivery and I give them both a five star review! Very courteous and very professional.
The only glitch was that the delivery guys were supposed to call my phone (not my partner’s) when they were on their way. They did not do that.
